As COO of QTI Total Rewards Consulting, Summer leads an experienced team with an insatiable passion for helping organizations optimize total rewards impact. Summer also leads QTI’s Belonging, Inclusion, and Diversity Committee. Prior to QTI, Summer gained HR administration and consulting experience at Mercer, DayNine-Accenture, and Health Care Service Corporation. Summer is Vice President of the Board of Directors of Literacy Network and an HR Management School faculty member at UW-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. She frequently presents locally and nationally on a variety of total rewards and HR topics. Summer graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Human Resources and passed the SHRM-SCP, PHR, Workday-HCM, and Certified Equity Professional (CEP)-Level 1 designations.
