About Neider & Boucher:

Neider & Boucher (, located in Madison, Wisconsin, was established in 1995 by Charles Neider and Joe Boucher. After many years of working together in a larger general practice firm, Charles and Joe decided to create a boutique firm which focused on the needs of businesses and their owners. Having grown from 10 attorneys to currently, 23-attorneys, N&B continues to provide high-quality business and estate planning services. Neider & Boucher’s client base includes individuals, startup companies, closely-held businesses and early stage entrepreneurs in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, banking, real estate, insurance, construction, hospitality, software and life science s. We advise and counsel our business clients on all legal issues a business and business owners may face. This includes: organization of a new business, financing contracts, the sale of an existing business, mergers and acquisitions, protecting intellectual property, employment issues, succession plans, commercial real estate negotiations, personal estate and tax plans. N&B also offers dispute resolution strategies when clients face litigation including mediation and arbitration. Additionally, our experienced Trusts and Estates team finds solutions and develops plans to protect our clients’ business and personal assets.

Neider & Boucher is a service corporation structured to have both equity and non-equity shareholders. Currently, we have a 5-person Board of Directors sharing the leadership and strategic planning of the firm. The firm’s Executive Committee and President oversee the Office Administrator who is responsible for managing business operations.  Special committees appointed by the Board of Directors may include shareholders, non-shareholders, administrative staff or a combination of all.
