Graber Manufacturing - Madrax & Thomas Steele Brands

Summary
The QTI Group is partnering with Graber Manufacturing to hire its next Sales Manager. Representing Madrax and Thomas Steele brands, the Sales Manager will build and manage the Graber sales team, drive orders, and build and maintain client relationships. The team is based at Graber’s headquarters in Waunakee, Wisconsin.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands customer base
  • Create and manage budget for the Sales team
  • Manage, motivate, and supervise sales team including:
    • Create KPIs and manage the team to meet objectives
    • Identify gaps in knowledge and provide relevant professional development & training for the sales team to align with personal and company goals
    • Nurture and support sales staff (RSM’s) in building relationships with named accounts
    • Hire and onboard, coach, and mentor team members to achieve their potential; address performance-related concerns
  • Oversee large bids and approve special pricing and purchase orders
  • Lead the selection and management of sales-related software and tools
  • Collaborate with accounting on tax and collections-related issues, as needed
  • Serve as a company leader and representative at industry tradeshows
Desired Experience and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience leading successful sales teams
  • Strong track record in sales and management, preferably in a manufacturing or custom manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all sales methodologies (digital and traditional), cold calling, and energy in encouraging team members
  • Proficient in the use of CRM technology – Hubspot experience is a plus!
  • Experience in ERP systems, notably Order Entry/Order Management – SAGE 100 experience a plus!
  • Self-driven and self-reliant; willing to find answers to problems
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel to and attend 2-3 trade shows per year
