Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Lead role in a growing manufacturing environment. This position works directly on the assembly area while also providing daily guidance and support to production team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, staying involved in the work, and helping teams meet production and quality goals.
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm, OT on Friday
• Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Train and coach operators on proper assembly and work instructions
• Ensure assembly lines are stocked and ready for production
• Monitor production output and address quality or efficiency concerns in real time
• Direct material flow to keep assembly lines running efficiently
• Report production, quality, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
• Participate in daily and weekly scheduling and operator assignments
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve processes
• Assist with operator performance feedback and evaluations
• Perform hands-on setup and operation of assembly line equipment
• Work alongside production employees to support daily assembly operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
