Summary:
Looking for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor Assistant for a well-known manufacturing company in Reedsburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history and have the ability to manage detailed and very physical work in a fast-paced environment. 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm
Pay Rate: $22.00 + $1.00 night premium = $22.00 per hour
IF Bilingual Spanish/English: additional $1.00 per hour premium
Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating departmental functions including scheduling, communicating work instructions, and deploying personnel
- Assist with inspecting completed tasks, and ensuring availability of required raw materials and supplies
- Ensure that proper safety and quality practices are being observed by department personnel
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts including Employee Involvement activities
Qualifications:
- Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member
- High school diploma or equivalent with related experience preferred
- Requires understanding of decimals and fractions, drawings and formulas, adjustable measuring instruments
