Job Description
Summary:
One-of-a-kind opportunity with a company who will train someone with the right experience as their assistant to the supervisor! Base Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift Premium: additional $1.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate departmental functions including scheduling, communicating work instructions, deploying personnel, and more
• Ensure that proper safety and quality practices are being observed by department personnel
• Collect and record pertinent data and enter in appropriate file or database
• Notify supervisor and other departments, as necessary, of quality, mechanical, delay or personnel problems
• Participate in area continuous improvement efforts including Employee Involvement activities.
Qualifications:
• Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member
• High school diploma or equivalent with over three months experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of decimals, fractions, drawings, adjustable measuring instruments, and similar
