Job Description

Summary:
Join a growing bank in Albany, WI as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role is the first point of contact for customers and will assist with account openings, process transactions, and provide exceptional service. Hours are Mon-Thu 9:00-5:00, Fri 9:00-6:00, occasional Saturday rotation 9:00-12:00 with time off during the week to balance hours. Pay is $19+ per hour based on experience. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Handle call overflow, address changes, debit card orders, and account maintenance.
  • Open new accounts and process related documentation.
  • Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to appropriate staff.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and maintain vault procedures.
  • Issue official checks, money orders, and safe deposit access.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide problem resolution and exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in Saturday rotation and adjust weekly schedule accordingly. (2 Saturdays per month)
  • Support branch goals for deposit growth and referrals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Banking experience required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn account opening and basic banking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions accurately.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and banking software).
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays. (2 Saturdays per month)
  • Commitment to integrity and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional branch support.
