Job Description
Summary:
Our client, a metal fabricator, located in the Columbus/Fall River area, WI, is seeking a DIRECT HIRE Third shift Brake Press Operator to work on their production team. You will be responsible for machine set-up, inputting data to form designed parts, fitting, and providing accurate measurements. Apply Today!
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:30pm-4:30am
- Pay rate is $22.00-27.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a 20% shift premium
Responsibilities:
- Effectively reading and interpreting blueprints
- Successfully calculating bend allowances for various material types and thicknesses
- Efficiently setting up, adjusting, and operating brake presses to perform a wide variety of operations on a diversified line of work
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Brake Press experience
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Additional skillsets apply: machine operator, fabrication, production and assistant machine operator
