Job Description
A food packaging facility is looking to add a Driver/Warehouse Associate to their team. This role offers a blend of driving and dock work, ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day-to-day responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery and organization of materials between our facilities and local vendors. This is a Direct Hire position with at 1st Shift Monday – Friday schedule. Pay is $19/hr plus weekly production bonuses and benefits. Apply today to be considered!
Responsibilities
- Operate company truck for deliveries between plants and local vendors, including loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform basic computer tasks related to shipping and receiving.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and upkeep, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Organize and tag materials in storage areas to support production and shipping efficiency.
- Assist with warehousing tasks and cross-train in other roles to support team operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL and current DOT medical card
- Previous warehouse, loading dock or forklift experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
- Comfortable working occasionally in cold environments
