Summary:
We've partnered with a Madison-based contractor in search of an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team! In this role you'll support electrical projects from start to finish, combining technical coordination, documentation and hands-on involvement. Pay is $70,000 or more per year, based on experience, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process submittals, RFIs, and change requests
- Document meetings and track action items
- Conduct site walks to monitor progress and quality
- Assist with schedule development and resource coordination
- Maintain procurement logs and track material flows
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery
- Support project closeout with O&M manuals and as-builts
- Promote safety and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of construction/electrical systems experience
- Strong organizational and technical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
