Job Description
Summary:
Are you a skilled welder looking for a hands-on role in a supportive and team-oriented environment? We are hiring Fabrication Welders. This position involves interpreting blueprints, preparing metal components, and performing welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in metal fabrication.
- Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
- Pay up to $30.00/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Cut, shape, and align metal components for fabrication
- Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques
- Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Document work progress and report issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience using MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Experience in cutting, shaping, and preparing metal components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Vocational or trade school training in welding or metal fabrication preferred
- CNC Press Brake experience is a plus
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with welding equipment
