Job Description
Summary:
We’re hiring a Fabrication & Assembly Operator to join a growing manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll operate equipment, assemble components, and assist in producing high-quality products. Prior fabrication experience is not required — if you have hands-on skills such as carpentry, construction, cabinetry, woodworking, blueprint reading, measuring, or general building experience, we want to talk to you!

Prior fabrication experience is not required — if you have hands-on skills such as carpentry, construction, cabinetry, woodworking, blueprint reading, measuring, or general building experience, we want to talk to you!
Compensation:
- $18/hour
Schedule:
- 1st shift 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday – Friday
- Occasional overtime on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Operate fabrication and assembly equipment such as presses, piercing tables, washers, and packaging equipment
- Perform tasks including forming, piercing, riveting handles, screwing on knobs, bending, washing, and packaging
- Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections to ensure components meet specifications
- Complete basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Report production or equipment issues to the supervisor
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
- Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of factory, production, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred
- Experience in carpentry, construction, cabinetry, woodworking, building projects, blueprint reading, or using hand/power tools is highly desirable
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
