Job Description
Summary:
A cutting-edge biotech facility in Windsor is on the lookout for a 2nd Shift Fermentation Operator to help power its innovative production line. If you thrive in clean, regulated environments and have a knack for precision, this could be your next big move.
- $23.25/hour!
- Monday-Friday; 2:00pm-10:30pm
- Opportunity to be hired on
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment in a hygienic and safe manner in accordance with all processing procedures
- Operate equipment such as fermenters, centrifuges, autoclaves, pelletizers, mills and freeze dryers
- Monitor the production process and collect samples for various analysis
- Perform minor maintenance work and mechanical upkeep
- Safely moves equipment, product, and materials with powered pallet jacks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant experience in an FDA-regulated or controlled manufacturing environment; preferably industrial fermentation or pharmaceuticals.
