Job Description
Summary:
A high-tech biotech facility in Windsor is hiring a 3rd Shift Fermentation Operator to support its overnight production team. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in clean and regulated environments, and want to be part of something cutting-edge, this is your chance to make an impact.
- $24/hour!
- Sunday-Thursday; 10:00pm-6:30am
- Opportunity to be hired on
Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced fermentation and processing equipment with precision and care
- Work with tools like fermenters, centrifuges, autoclaves, pelletizers, mills, and freeze dryers
- Monitor production cycles and collect samples for testing and analysis
- Perform basic maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting
- Safely move materials and products using powered pallet jacks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in FDA-regulated or controlled manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with industrial fermentation or pharmaceutical production is a strong plus
