Summary:
New opportunity with a company who will train someone with the right experience! Base Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
IF Bilingual Spanish/English: additional $1.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate department scheduling, work instructions, and deploying personnel
- Inspect completed tasks, and ensure availability of required raw materials and supplies
- Verify proper safety and quality practices are being practiced by department personnel
- Train and schedule sufficient personnel to meet department schedules
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts including Employee Involvement activities
Qualifications:
- Positive personality as functioning as a team lead
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 months leadership experience
