Job Description
Summary:
Our client in Beaver Dam is currently looking for a Bindery Operator on 2nd Shift as a Folder Operator! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity. The Folder Operator will be responsible for setting up and funning Stahl, MBO and Baum Folders. If you have previous experience you are encouraged to apply today!
- Pay: $18.00-21.00+/hr depending on experience
- Hours: Straight 8-hour shifts Monday – Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Set up and run Stahl, MBO, and Baum Folders
- Evaluate and make decisions concerning quality of product while folding
- Review job tickets and plan work processes to meet customer specifications
- Prepare load flags on each outgoing load showing the next operation or destination
- Notify supervision of mechanical/electrical problems and complete "Work Orders" for parts/repairs that require maintenance assistance
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous Bindery Operator experience required
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination
- Ability to 25lbs and up to 50lbs occasionally
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
