Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with our Mayville client to recruit for temporary General Factory workers. These entry level roles will work through December/January and offer sit/stand workstations. There could be the possibility of temp to hire for the right candidate.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am-3:30pm
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform various hand assembly tasks
- Set up, operate, and adjust small machinery during production run
- Work at different workstations as production needs require
- Perform the necessary repairs on defective products
- Inspect, pack, and properly label products
Qualifications:
- Must pass a written ruler test
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers
- Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Good close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Additional skills sets apply: assembly, assembler, picking, picker, packing, packer, retail, restaurant
