Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is partnering with a well-established Madison-based company to hire a Maintenance Technician. This is a Direct Hire position with a respected organization. Pay is based on experience, you could earn up to $30.94/hour If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a passion for machinery and maintenance, this could be the perfect fit!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair industrial equipment as part of a collaborative maintenance team.
- Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in a skilled trade is preferred.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
