The QTI Group is partnering with a leading facility to find a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead their maintenance team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team coordination, project oversight, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and reassign tasks based on project priorities.
- Coordinate construction and maintenance projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and facility staff.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve production.
- Collaborate daily with plant managers and supervisors to resolve issues.
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel.
Qualifications
- Previous Industrial Maintenance experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
