Job Description
Summary
A local food packaging facility located south of Madison is growing and looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team. Candidates for this position would he helping to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure a safe work environment and to maintain productivity. This is a DIRECT HIRE position with a 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 2:30am schedule with pay consideration starting at $30/hr with weekly production bonuses and benefits. Responsibilities
- Maintain various production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Install and set up of new equipment
- Assist with building maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with electrical, pneumatics and programming
- Strong organization and communication skills
