Job Description
The QTI Group is partnering with Bank CMG to hire a Market President to champion business development across four communities in Southern Wisconsin – Evansville, Albany, Monticello, and Monroe. As the bank continues to grow, the Market President will make a significant impact in building relationships, driving growth, and shaping the future of local businesses.
Locations: Must be located in the Green or Rock County market, which includes Evansville, Albany, Monticello, and Monroe.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Bank CMG in the Green County and Rock County market.
- Lead business development efforts focused on commercial lending and business banking, including new deposits, lending and credit solutions, for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Actively engage in the community by building trust and partnerships with local businesses and organizations, including representing the bank in various activities and public speaking engagements.
- Drive market growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and superior customer service.
- Be a connector in business banking, but also a referral source across other banking units such as Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Retail Services.
- Assure audit compliance and quality control in business banking operations.
- Although this position will not have direct reports to start, the role is likely to evolve and grow over time.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in business banking and strong lending expertise.
- Credit experience preferred.
- A natural networker who thrives in community involvement and relationship building.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire colleagues and team members.
