Job Description
Summary:
Are you experienced in laboratory or regulated manufacturing environments? A cutting-edge biotech facility in the Windsor area is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Operator. Known for its state-of-the-art operations and positive workplace culture, this company offers a great opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will have prior packaging experience in an FDA-regulated food production setting and a solid understanding of GMP standards.
- $23.25/hour!
- Monday-Friday; 2:00pm-10:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging equipment safely and hygienically, following all processing procedures
- Use machinery such as pelletizers, mills, and freeze dryers
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks on consumable products
- Conduct minor maintenance and mechanical upkeep
- Safely transport equipment, products, and materials using powered pallet jacks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous packaging experience in an FDA-regulated or controlled manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in industrial fermentation or pharmaceutical production is a plus
