Work with precision and shape the future of metal fabrication! As a Press Brake Operator, you will set up and operate press brake machines to form metal parts that meet exact specifications. - DIRECT HIRE opportunity on 1st and 2nd shifts
- 1st shift: Monday-Thursday; 5:00am-3:00pm with pay up to $30.00/hr
- 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday; 2:00pm-1:00am with pay up to $31.50/hr
Responsibilities
- Operate press brake machines to form metal parts according to specifications
- Review blueprints and shop orders to determine process requirements
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Set up and adjust press brake equipment as needed
- Support safety and quality policies while maintaining a clean work area
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools accurately
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
