Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to take the lead in a high-volume production environment where quality and efficiency matter. You’ll oversee a dedicated team, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and keep production running smoothly. - Hours: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-2:30am with potential for Saturday work to be required most weeks
- Pay: $75,000-$80,000 Salaried position
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and team members during assigned shift
- Ensure production meets customer specifications and company standards
- Maintain proper inventory levels to support production requirements
- Train employees on safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Monitor production data and address variances promptly
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and investigate incidents
- Manage schedules, time approvals, and attendance in the Dayforce system
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Experience in food production preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
