Job Description

The QTI Group is partnering with a Madison-based client to hire a Program Manager to lead transformational project initiatives for their team. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-impact programs by aligning teams, removing roadblocks, and driving results that matter. Our Program Manager is a central point of alignment, ensuring cohesion in coordinating and driving several projects and priorities.

Location: Madison, Wisconsin. Must be located within a commutable driving distance for this hybrid role. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and align all teams and vendors to achieve program goals, maintain flexible roadmaps, and ensure visibility across all projects and initiatives.
  • Drive communication excellence by establishing clear communication standards, facilitating meetings, and tailoring updates for audiences ranging from executives to front-line teams.
  • Identify and resolve project obstacles quickly, keeping teams focused on the program vision and delivery timelines.
  • Track budgets, monitor actuals vs. forecasts, and provide regular updates to leadership on financial performance.
  • Design governance frameworks and implement scalable governance for Agile and project teams, ensuring clarity on decision-making and risk management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • Certifications related to project management or scrum master desired (PMP, PSM, PSPO), etc.
  • 8+ years’ experience working in Agile with at least 4 of those years spent managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Expertise in Agile principles and practices
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Project Managers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across all levels
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
