Job Description
The QTI Group is partnering with a local organization in Middleton to hire a Receptionist Administrative Assistant who will support front desk operations and provide general administrative assistance. This role is ideal for someone friendly, organized, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a busy office environment. The company offers two options depending on the candidate’s interest and experience: a part-time receptionist role or a full-time split position that blends reception and administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of the office, supporting a collaborative team, and growing in an administrative career.
In this role, you'll manage daily front desk activity, assist with office operations, and support leadership with administrative tasks. A candidate who thrives in a people-facing environment, stays organized, and works well independently will be successful here. The team culture is warm and welcoming, and the office includes friendly dogs on site each day.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-Time: Monday–Thursday, 12:30 PM–5:00 PM and Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.
- Full-Time: Includes expanded administrative responsibilities; general hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with exact schedule discussed based on candidate preference.
- Pay starts at $20/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct guests and inquiries appropriately.
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries, including cost allocation when needed.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders.
- Assist leadership with tasks such as drafting correspondence, coordinating meals, and scheduling meetings.
- Support planning for office gatherings such as holiday events and company dinners.
- Perform light administrative tasks to support overall office operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stay ahead of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Word, Gmail, and standard office tools.
- Comfortable working in an office with friendly dogs present daily.
- Willingness to complete drug screen and background check upon receiving a job offer.
