Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a 1st Shift Spring Coiler Machine Operator for our client in Beaver Dam, the world-wide industry leader in the production of tooling supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing setting and is willing to train!
- Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
- Pay: $22.01 with pay range over time up to $27.45 with earning raises every 6 months!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up the spring coiling machines
- Install and adjust all tooling required to coil the springs
- Move, load and unloading materials utilizing forklifts, hand truck or crane
Qualifications:
- Brake press, punch press, CNC or manual press background is a plus
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Knowledge of machine tool capabilities and shop math
- Ability to read a caliper
