Job Description
Summary:
Looking to take your welding skills to the next level? Join a company that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. You’ll weld a variety of metals using multiple processes, work from blueprints, and be part of a supportive production team committed to excellence.
- Hours: Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm
- Pay: $20 to $23+ AND a 20% shift premium ($24 to $27.60)
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to complete weldments and assemblies
- Perform GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW welding on diverse materials
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace
- Assist in improving production processes
Qualifications:
- Technical welding degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with multiple welding techniques
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading and measurement tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
