The QTI Group is in search of a part time Office Assistant for a temp to hire opportunity in downtown Madison. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a small team environment and is able to operate in a detail driven workplace. Operating part time Tuesday through Thursday, this role has core hours of 9:00AM - 3:00 or 9:00AM - 4:00PM, has excellent pay, and offers health insurance once hired on.   • Complete state regulation forms and filings in a timely manner
  • Scan and catalog completed forms
  • Transfer information to internal tracking database
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Answer phones and provide assistance when needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with QuickBooks highly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to operate in a deadline-driven environment
  • Maintain a business casual appearance
