Our client has contracted the QTI Group to recruit a polished and professional Administrative Assistant to work a temporary assignment in west Madison. This full time short-term position will last till the end of October, has the possibility of a temp-to-hire role for the right candidate, and will pay starting at $16.00 per hour. It will be full time, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will start mid-May. The ideal candidate will be extremely professional and self-motivated and will be diligent, proactive, and helpful. One to three years of relevant experience is also required.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate person or department
  • Organize conference rooms for meetings, including setup and take down
  • Open and distribute mail and packages
  • Greet and direct guests
  • Other clerical tasks as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
  • One to three years of reception or administrative assistant experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be friendly and customer service-oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Should be proactive, driven, and willing to take initiative
  • Must maintain a polished business casual appearance (jeans okay on Fridays)
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check upon job offer
  • Must be able to work the entire duration of the assignment
