The QTI Group has an exciting direct hire Administrative Assistant opening with our client, an insurance company on the east side of Madison! This position will operate Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and pay $30,000+ per year, based on experience. In this role, you will assist the Organizational Development Department with updating instructional materials, scheduling and coordinating details around learning events, and reporting program results and outcomes.

  • Perform yearly audits of instructional materials and assist with updating as needed
  • Develop and upkeep a catalog of training
  • Assist with research for both eLearning and in-person programs
  • Serve as back-up in managing and updating the department’s intranet
  • Schedule and coordinate details for meetings including orientations and learning event
  • Oversee the recording of training events and webinars
  • Support presenters by managing participant questions, providing technical support, etc.
  • Track and report event results
  • Travel to assist with training coordination as needed (30%), including some overnight travel
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Two or more years of administrative experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities including proofreading skills
  • Must be able to maintain a business casual appearance
  • Willing to travel including overnight stays
  • Willingness to submit to a 7-year background check
