Summary:
Our client, a local non-profit organization, is seeking a personable and tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator to support a small, mission-driven team. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining member engagement, supporting the Executive Director, managing internal communications, and overseeing daily administrative operations. The organization is dedicated to connecting leaders and fostering community impact through service.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering flexible hours.
The pay rate is $25/hr., based on experience. The role includes paid vacation, health, disability, and life insurance, with future advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and volunteer committees.
- Maintain and update membership records using a database system.
- Design and distribute a weekly e-newsletter.
- Manage and update the organization’s website and social media channels.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Process membership dues and event payments.
- Coordinate logistics for weekly luncheons, including setup and on-site support.
- Respond to member inquiries and assist with general office operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Experience with database management, website maintenance, and social media platforms.
- Ability to engage and support a diverse group of community leaders and volunteers.
