The QTI Group is hiring a full time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a client located on the west side of Madison. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, working knowledge of the healthcare industry, and prior work experience in a call center environment.

This position pays $16.50 per hour and offers excellent benefits, as well as annual bonus potential. It operates with a flexible 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and requires working one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday). Example shifts: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday. There is mandatory training class for this opportunity.

  • Maintain existing client information and document all communication according to standard operating procedure
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
  • Place outbound calls to healthcare providers, patients, and other clients
  • Stay current with relevant guidelines and policies for medical devices and billing
  • Meet standards for production and accuracy within 3 month period
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Must have two or more years of customer service experience
  • Prior work in a contact call center, the health care industry, or a lab is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Ability to listen on the phone and type simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated and driven to improve
  • Should be timely, positive, and outgoing
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize
  • Should have a professional demeanor
  • Must be able to maintain a business casual appearance at all times
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check upon job offer
