The QTI Group is excited to partner with a Milwaukee area-based IT managed service provider to hire their next Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will play in integral role in providing top-tier support to customers and delivering a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients related to service offerings and issue resolution
  • Coordinate internal resources (Systems Engineers) to deliver consistent, high-quality service across multiple departments
  • Maintain service agreements for clients and identify opportunities for account growth and increase service offerings
  • Lead, schedule and facilitate Service Delivery Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews with clients at various times
  • Build and maintain detailed IT roadmaps, highlighting upcoming projects and daily maintenance
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of client facing experience within the IT industry, specifically in Account Management or Customer Success roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Experience developing and delivering formal client business reviews and roadmaps
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
