The QTI Group has partnered with an innovative manufacturer in Mequon, WI seeking an experienced Contract Administrator. Administrator will be responsible for managing client-specific contracts and provides counsel for maintaining the quality of contracts. Pay: $70,000 annually
Hours: 730a-4pm (flexible)
Ensure all contracts are fair, equitable and enforceable.
Review new and existing contracts, estimates, proposals and production costs to determine whether they are viable and accurate.
Review contract schedules, risk management, bonding agreements, insurance and billings to ensure accuracy and risk tolerance.
In addition to contract administration, individual will be responsible for some accounting activities.
Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring project remains within established budget.
Undergraduate degree in accounting-related field OR equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in accounting/contract administration preferably in the manufacturing field.
Strong technology skills.
Has strong negotiation skills.
