Summary:

The QTI Group has partnered with an innovative manufacturer in Mequon, WI seeking an experienced Contract Administrator. Administrator will be responsible for managing client-specific contracts and provides counsel for maintaining the quality of contracts. If you are dedicated and hard-working, this is an excellent opportunity for you! Professional office setting but jeans are welcome!

Pay: $70,000 annually

Hours: 730a-4pm (flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all contracts are fair, equitable and enforceable.
  • Review new and existing contracts, estimates, proposals and production costs to determine whether they are viable and accurate.
  • Review contract schedules, risk management, bonding agreements, insurance and billings to ensure accuracy and risk tolerance.
  • In addition to contract administration, individual will be responsible for some accounting activities.
  • Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring project remains within established budget.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting-related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in accounting/contract administration preferably in the manufacturing field.
  • Strong technology skills.
  • Has strong negotiation skills.
