Credit Union National Association is recruiting for a Creative Services and Marketing Manager in partnership with QTI Executive & Professional Search.
Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is excited to announce an opening for a Creative Services and Marketing Manager. We are seeking a passionate, data-driven marketer to articulate the CUNA Brand story. Reporting to the Association Marketing and Brand Director, the Creative Services and Marketing Manager will facilitate full funnel campaigns with targeted messaging to credit union executives and oversees the in-house creative team to include brand oversight, asset creation, and workflow and process improvement.   • Develop, execute, and measure effectiveness of awareness and engagement campaigns
  • Serve as brand ambassador; educate internal audiences of our brand persona and identify compelling ways to tell our brand story externally
  • Deliver market-facing messages that articulate CUNA’s value prop and solidify our position as the most influential financial services trade association
  • Lead, incubate and scale in-house creative team serving the entire organization.
  • Direct creative team to effectively build assets and content for print and digital channels to include real-time responsive and social content.
  • Drive efficient and consistent use of the services within CUNA marketing team
  • Manage relationships with creative partners and serve as a key player in production and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and share best practices
  • Drive and report performance metrics for continuous improvement and best practice implementation, regularly sharing knowledge with the marketing and leadership teams


The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, journalism, or related field. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience of brand and campaign marketing experience in an agency or client environment. Previous experience managing a corporate brand and directing a creative team is critical. Additionally, must possess a good understanding of industry trends in content marketing, automation, and digital media. Solid understanding of brand, marketing strategy development and management, lead nurture and engagement strategies, and multi-channel campaign planning is required.
