Creative Services and Marketing Manager

- Develop, execute, and measure effectiveness of awareness and engagement campaigns
- Serve as brand ambassador; educate internal audiences of our brand persona and identify compelling ways to tell our brand story externally
- Deliver market-facing messages that articulate CUNA’s value prop and solidify our position as the most influential financial services trade association
- Lead, incubate and scale in-house creative team serving the entire organization.
- Direct creative team to effectively build assets and content for print and digital channels to include real-time responsive and social content.
- Drive efficient and consistent use of the services within CUNA marketing team
- Manage relationships with creative partners and serve as a key player in production and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and share best practices
- Drive and report performance metrics for continuous improvement and best practice implementation, regularly sharing knowledge with the marketing and leadership teams
