Customer Account Coordinator

Our client is growing and is looking to hire on a full time Account Coordinator at their office located in Stoughton, Wi.! Working in a small team environment, the ideal candidate for this role will be outgoing, detail oriented, and able to multi-task all with the customers success being focused. Must feel comfortable assisting clients who speak English as a second language. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, this opportunity offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour and has excellent benefits. Apply today for consideration!
Assisting an international base of customers, provide excellent customer service and assist with quotes and provide additional information as requested
Identify and escalate calls to proper team, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Enter in data and orders, creating quotes and providing shipping options
Other duties as assigned
Associates degree in a business-related field required
2-5 years of prior customer service in an office setting highly preferred
Working knowledge of all general office equipment including a multi-line phone system
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software preferred, but not required
Able to work in a small team environment
Excellent communication skills and able to assist international customers
Maintain a business casual appearance
