    Summary:

    The QTI Group is assisting our client, a high-end art and apparel vendor, in finding a full-time, temporary to hire Customer Service Rep! Located on the north east side of Madison right off the bus line, this position operates Tuesday through Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday 10am-6pm. This exciting opportunity offers $14.25 an hour and would be a great fit for someone with a background in product knowledge. Apply today for consideration!

    Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Interacting with customers face to face, by email or live chat
  • Resolve product or service problems by listening to and clarifying the customer's concerns while determining the cause of the problem and then selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Expediting corrections or adjustments and following up to ensure resolution
  • Take and process orders, handle concerns, process returns/exchanges, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
  • Provide artwork, apparel, service information for customers. Take opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Act as liaison between customers/artists for information, special requests and custom orders; confer with warehouse to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments; provide general shipping and order support for artists
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent with education and prior work experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (retail preferred)
  • Operational knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with active listening skills are required
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Must be detail oriented and able to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to submit a credit check upon accepted offer
