Credit Union National Association is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Coordinator in partnership with QTI Executive & Professional Search.

Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is excited to announce an opening for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. From the time you join our passionate, high-energy team, you will work in a fast-moving, creative and results-driven environment gaining practical marketing experience as you manage and govern our digital channels, including websites, applications, social media and communities, based on strategies set by the digital team and business areas.


  • Execute the content administration of CUNA’s digital properties including websites, blogs, communities, social media and product delivery
  • Implement and contribute to CUNA’s digital content governance strategies, models and processes
  • Participate in identifying digital marketing strategies, objectives and opportunities with the marketing and digital team
  • Effectively managing your workload to meet project objectives, expectations and deadlines and acting as a steward of CUNA’s brand to ensure the integrity of our brand and communications


The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience; prior digital marketing and/or social media experience is a plus. They possess excellent communication skills, written and in-person, and the ability to work well with diverse teams. Strong experience with digital platforms (i.e. content management systems, communities, social media, mobile applications, analytics) is required, as well as the ability to work successfully with limited direction and comfortable managing multiple projects at varying stages of completion. Solid computer and HTML skills are also desired.
