    The QTI Group is looking for a Front Desk and Marketing Coordinator to join our downtown Madison team. In this role you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests, customers, candidates and employees of QTI by providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has top-notch customer service skills, enjoys helping others and has writing or social media experience. This direct hire position will operate Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. The QTI Group offers a full benefits package including health, vision, dental insurance and a great office environment!   • Answer and direct incoming calls from multiline phone (up to 150 calls per day)
  • Create an atmosphere that is warm and inviting by greeting and directing visitors and staff
  • Assist with talent intake process (facilitating applications, checking in for interviews, etc.)
  • Write, edit, and audit jobs descriptions
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, catering ordering, and set up
  • Assist with various administrative tasks or projects as requested by all business lines
  • Maintain front desk, break room, and supply room area
  • Support applicant attraction projects including reviewing of sourcing spreadsheet, creating branded materials, posting and reviewing job postings
  • Monitor and order café and office inventory
  • Assist with writing social media content
  • Support marketing with various projects
  • Provide back up to Office Coordinator as needed
  • Other clerical tasks as requested

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Outstanding customer service and multi-tasking skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred
  • Flexible, friendly, and professional attitude, even in times of high stress
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Experience with social media in a professional capacity a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in graphic design, video editing, and Photoshop a plus
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Willingness to submit to background check upon accepting position
