The QTI Group is partnering with an innovative and customer-focused organization to hire an HR Manager to join their team. With a keen focus on culture, engagement and development, the HR Manager will serve as the sole HR professional who is a member of the executive leadership team while also handling the full spectrum of day-to-day HR responsibilities. The company has a strong focus on employees and will look for opportunities to develop initiatives around employee development, total rewards market competitiveness and compensation philosophy, talent management and engagement.   • Proactively pursue operational excellence in the company’s HR practices to drive an even more innovative and forward-looking environment
  • Serve as a member of and strategic advisor to the company’s leadership team regarding topics related to human capital and culture
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretations to management and staff and lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues
  • Manage all HR-related activities such as the maintenance of employee benefits programs, compensation programs, performance management programs, and training and development
  • Develop and implement HR and procedures while maintaining the employee handbook and serving as the subject matter expert on all matters related to HR compliance and employment law
  • Carry out full lifecycle recruiting and onboarding including interviewing, conducting reference checks and onboarding activities, as well as exit interview and offboarding activities


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressively more responsible HR Generalist experience, including employee relations, talent management, recruitment, payroll administration, benefits administration and compensation
  • SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to work as part of a team and effectively interact with all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and skills to advise cross functional team leaders on culture, core competencies, and employee development coaching
  • Ability to approach demonstrate sound judgement, patience, and flexibility
  • Industry experience such as professional or financial services is a plus
