This direct hire position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

  • Provide various administrative support services including mail distribution, record management, etc.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance and custodial operations
  • Facilitate company event coordination and offer assistance and support
  • Respond and direct incoming phone calls and written correspondence
  • Maintain files and records, participate in special projects as needed
  • Assist in managing various calendars, schedule appointments and prepare travel reservations
  • Prepare various reports, presentations, proposals or other documents
  • Aid in coordinating needs from external IT provider
  • Serve as support for customer service and the front office
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of executive level support experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Great attention to detail and organization skills
  • General knowledge of office procedures and operations required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
