Summary:
The QTI Group is looking for a full-time, Employment Specialist to join their Milwaukee team! As an Employment Specialist you will manage new applications, perform candidate searches, conduct employee onboarding, support client relationships and more! No two days are the same! The ideal candidate will demonstrate an energetic drive to achieve goals and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Salary based on experience. Responsibilities:
- Review and screen new applications
- Interview candidates for a variety of job opportunities including warehouse, manufacturing, production, and food service
- Coach candidates through the interview process
- Search for candidates through various online avenues
- Initiate and/or conduct candidate pre-hire process, including background checks and drug tests
- Build relationships with client companies to promote and fill their job openings
- Assist with process for work-related injuries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, staffing or recruiting for industrial related positions helpful, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Ability to work with changing priorities
- Ability to learn customized software programs
