When this Madison, WI nonprofit joined QTI's PEO, it had 20 employees with plans to offer additional service lines on the horizon.  These additional community services would also necessitate a staffing increase.  Feeling overwhelmed with HR administration, the forward-thinking Executive Director understood that growth would require additional time for administering benefits, employee relations and a greater focus on HR regulations. The Executive Director began to look for a partner that could provide expertise and relieve this HR burden.

QTI's PEO provided the HR assistance to support the addition of the desired new services and staffing. In addition, we were able to enhance their current benefit offering, provide expert guidance on employee relations and compliance concerns to provide the Executive Director with more time to focus on the mission and vision of the organization.
