Although a virtual workforce is not possible, preferable, or right for all organizations, it is critical for those who will move to a permanently remote or hybrid workforce to consider how employee engagement may shift. About the Host

Jake Siudzinski, MBA

Jake is the Director of Client Relations for The QTI Group and has been with the organization for over 7 years.  With over 15 years of experience in the HR industry, Jake is motivated by delivering exceptional results with a consultative focus on customer partnerships. He enjoys developing relationships with organizations to help them with their human resources and talent acquisition needs. 

Jake holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has earned his MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business. He was also named in In-Business’ “40 under 40” list.

Jake is very active in the community including acting as an Ambassador for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and Metro Milwaukee SHRM.  He is also a Past President of the Greater Madison area SHRM chapter, Leadership Greater Madison participant, and was a patient volunteer and committee member for the Care for All Campaign at Agrace HospiceCare.

Summer Rector, SHRM-SCP

Summer is QTI’s VP of HR Consulting and previously worked at Mercer, DayNine-Accenture, and HCSC. Summer also serves as a SHRM Learning System instructor, Graduate School of Banking – HR Management School faculty member, and UW-Madison HR guest lecturer. She holds a BBA degree in MHR from UW-Madison and the SHRM-SCP designation
