About the Host

Jake Siudzinski, MBA

Jake is the Director of Client Relations for The QTI Group and has been with the organization for over 7 years.  With over 15 years of experience in the HR industry, Jake is motivated by delivering exceptional results with a consultative focus on customer partnerships. He enjoys developing relationships with organizations to help them with their human resources and talent acquisition needs. 

Jake holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has earned his MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business. He was also named in In-Business’ “40 under 40” list.

Jake is very active in the community including acting as an Ambassador for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and Metro Milwaukee SHRM.  He is also a Past President of the Greater Madison area SHRM chapter, Leadership Greater Madison participant, and was a patient volunteer and committee member for the Care for All Campaign at Agrace HospiceCare.

Matthew Durr, Director of Talent Acquisition, Fetch Rewards

Matt is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Fetch Rewards.  Prior to Fetch, he spent the last eight years recruiting for Facebook and Google and also spent six years in the banking industry as a Sr. Financial Advisor post college.  Matt holds a BA in History from the University of Colorado in Boulder.  He was born and raised in Austin TX and just recently moved with his family from Austin to the Denver area in the summer of 2020.
