The QTI Group is deeply committed to helping organizations reach their full potential through people.  We believe every employee must feel a sense of purpose, belonging, and value that encourages them to do their best work and foster a positive workplace environment.  Led by our Belonging, Inclusion, and Diversity Committee (BID), we are committed to developing strategies and action plans to enhance belonging, inclusion, and diversity.  Standing together as a community, we will continue to do the work to understand ourselves and each other so we can build a society that provides equitable opportunities for all.

DEI Recruiting and the Candidate Experience

We approach all partnerships with an inclusive mindset.  In tandem with our clients and search committees, we work to make certain we deliver a diverse talent pool of qualified candidates. From the candidate’s perspective, our goal is to provide them with the opportunity to be their authentic selves throughout the process.

Recruiters at QTI receive diversity recruiting training on topics such as interviewing, writing non-gender-based job descriptions, and more.  We are fortunate to have three certified diversity recruiters on our team that can provide additional guidance and support.

Giving Back

QTI has a proud tradition of working to improve the quality of life in the communities where we do business, and our employees live and work. We believe that a healthy community benefits everyone and that every community member has a responsibility to help it grow and remain strong.

Through charitable donations, sponsorships, donations and volunteering, QTI provides support to a variety of organizations.  In addition, our  employees receive paid time to volunteer at organizations within their communities during their regular scheduled hours.

To enhance our giving philosophy even further, in 2004, our employees founded The QTI Employee Good Samaritan Fund, Inc., a  501(c)3 non-profit organization. Every year, QTI employees and owners generously donate to the “Good Sam Fund.” Through the fund, we are able to provide grants of money or tangible goods to assist both internal and external employees in a time of need.
