Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct production teams with a strong on-floor presence to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a highly regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a highly regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• Certifications in HAACP, PCQI, and SQF
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
