Summary:
A manufacturer in the Germantown area is looking to hire a Quality Technician for 1st shift! The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, and a minimum of 3 years of QC/QA experience. This is a temp to hire role, with the possibility to be hired on. Apply today to learn more!
- Monday - Friday, with weekends off!
- Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Pay up to $23/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform internal QA audits that are compliant with ISO 9001 requirements, corporate policies, practices, and procedures
- Assist with the maintenance of QA monitoring programs
- Create and maintain QA control documentation
- Calibration and management of gages.
- CMM Programming.
Qualifications:
- One year certificate from college or technical school, three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledgeable in the use of measuring tools such as but not limited to: tape measures, micrometers, calipers, height gage, bore gages, and optical campimeters.
- CMM and layout experience desired.
- Background in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T) and an understanding of ISO 9001.
