The QTI Group is excited to partner with a Madison-based healthcare organization to hire their next Central Supply Coordinator. This role will play an integral part in facility operations and will manage all aspects of inventory and product distribution. Duties will include purchasing, categorization, distribution of various medical supplies, instruments and more.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels, utilizing company system to track and order inventory
  • Distribute products to correct departments, assist managers with ordering and inventory control
  • Monitor and manage product expiation dates, including management of vaccine inventory
  • Run and manage reports to accurately reflect departmental purchasing costs and usage
  • Complete purchases through multiple vendors
Qualifications
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role desired
  • Previous experience in McKesson or another inventory management system desired
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
